My path to real estate began as the daughter of an international importer of home goods. I traveled the world with my father procuring and selling inventory. From an early age, I learned the art of negotiation, the importance of strategy, and “collecting” luxury hotel bath accessories. The best part of my years of travel, aside from enjoying the incredible foods and experiencing the diverse scenery and cultures, was coming home. That feeling of security, comfort, and familiarity would envelop me every time I opened the front door.

 

For these reasons, it is also very important for me to help my clients find the right home, taking into consideration their personal needs - a single person’s first home, a couple’s first house together, a place where parents will raise their kids, the area which their children will attend school, the place where their parents might live during extended visits, and most certainly one of the most important investment decisions they will make.

 

As a Realtor®, I have taken all of my experiences as a successful business owner, real estate investor, world traveler, wife, and mother of three to provide great care and thoughtful strategy to each and every real estate transaction. Having lived in Eagle Rock, Glendale, San Marino, Arcadia, Pasadena, and Monrovia – I am involved with many local community and charitable organizations; I keep up-to-date on valuations of the local schools; I continually try to support our local businesses and vendors, and I can even suggest the best places for a date night!

 

I am proud to assist my sellers who are upsizing or downsizing in getting the highest price the market will bear. By the close of the transaction, they will confidently and contentedly take the next step in their journey of real estate and life.

 

I work hard for my buyers, not only in finding them the right house but using my innate negotiating abilities to maximize their investment. It is my pleasure to personally escort them through the curvy escrow process and into a friendship that will last well beyond their closing day. The best part is knowing that my buyers will also experience the same feeling of security, comfort, and familiarity when stepping through their (new) front door, as I did so many years ago and still experience each and every day.
